Regulation 22 of UGC (ODL Programs and Online Programs) Regulations, 2020 stipulates as under: Degrees at undergraduate and postgraduate levels in conformity with UGC notification on Specification of Degrees, 2014 and postgraduate diplomas awarded through Open and Distance Learning mode and/or Online mode by Higher Educational Institutions, recognized by the Commission under these regulations, shall be treated as equivalent to the corresponding awards of the Degrees at undergraduate and postgraduate level and post-graduate diplomas offered through conventional mode.

The Degree will be awarded by JAIN (Deemed-to-be University).

Semester system is followed.

There is no requirement of minimum marks in CA. However, it is advisable that a learner attempts the 3rd assignment and secures the maximum possible marks in CA in order to improve her/his overall Grade.

UG – 40% PG – 40%

A consolidated Marks Card will be issued at the end of the Program.
