How to Change Date Of Birth?

• •   Click on the New requests and from the list you get select Change of Date of Birth.
• •   In change of DOB, enter the DOB as per the record and enter the correct DOB in the respective field.
• •   Add the Image document for the verification DOB.
• •   Read the disclaimer given, and then click on the checkbox named read and agreed to disclaimer.
• •   Once everything is done click on the Submit button to successfully submit the request of change in the DOB.
