how to Change Parents Name ?

• •   Click on the New requests and from the list you get select Correction in Parent Name.
• •   In correction in name, enter the Father and Mother Name as per the record and enter the Father and Mother Name required in the respective field.
• •   Add the Image document for the verification for Name.
• •   Read the disclaimer given, and then click on the checkbox named read and agreed to disclaimer.
• •   Once everything is done click on the Submit button to successfully submit the request of Correction in Parent Name.
