How to go Document Verification page?

• •   Click on the New requests and from the list you get select Document Verification Query.
• •   Select the type of document that needs to be queried and write the issue in the query box.
• •   Upload the document file for verifying the query and read the disclaimer below.
• •   Click on the checkbox named read and agreed to disclaimer.
• •   Once everything is done click on the Submit button to successfully submit.
